Requirements for all title transfer

Proof of valid insurance
Non-defaced title
Valid Pennsylvania drivers license of both parties, unless the title is notarized by both parties prior to transfer.

We provide onsite notary services here at Summit Insurance Monday through Saturday. Each member of our team is apart of notary of the Notary Republic and can service you. You are not required to make an appointment for a notary service. walk Ins are always welcoming.

Notary Process

Generally, the notary has to see current identification documents such as a photograph, physical description, and a signature. A current driver's license, military ID, or passport is also acceptable. Notaries are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of documents they notarize. We certify the identity of signers because they are responsible for the content of the documents. Our notary service does not prepare legal documents or offer legal advice in any situation.
